My wife and I love to cook and entertain.  To help us become better at both we plan to journal most of our cooking experiences at consumerless.com.  The information provided would have traditionally been written into our cookbooks and entertaining journal.  Instead, we have decided to make the information public so that anyone else trying out any the same recipes has useful suggestions.

This should also help us to remember what we have been eating and also assist us in making sure we are trying out lots of new meals.
